Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving and will reach out if there’s an unexpected delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available)

We primarily ship via:

- FedEx
Carrier selection depends on the item, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
If you’re located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory and have questions about shipping options, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
International Shipping
Not offered (for now):
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Events outside of our control
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Sad Monkey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at [your support email] within [7 days] of delivery (or expected delivery), and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
