Whether you're planning a wedding, rehearsal dinner, company gathering, shower, reunion, or private celebration, Sad Monkey Hall offers simple pricing and flexible rental options to fit your event.
Capacity: Up to 100 seated guests or up to 200 guests for cocktail-style and standing events.
What's Included:
- Exclusive access to Sad Monkey Hall during your rental period
- Tables and chairs
- Available décor inventory
- Catering kitchen
- Indoor and outdoor event spaces
- Parking
- Setup and cleanup time on your rental day
What's Not Included:
- Event coordinator/coordination
- Event setup and decorating
- Catering
- Table linens
- Bartending services
- Ice
- Security (required if alcohol is served)
- DJ, band, photographer, etc.
You're welcome to bring in your own caterers, decorators, DJs, photographers, and other vendors. We can provide a list if you'd like!
Full Day Pricing
Full-day rentals include access beginning at 9:00 AM, giving you plenty of time for setup, decorating, and cleanup.
Monday - Thursday:
$995 Per Day
Friday:
$1,495 Per Day
Saturday:
$2,195 Per Day
Sunday:
$1,495 Per Day
Half Day Pricing
Half-day rentals include up to 6 consecutive hours of venue access, offering the flexibility you need without committing to a full-day rental.
Half-Day Rentals are subject to availability and may not be available on dates already reserved for Full-Day Rentals.
Monday - Thursday:
$595 (Up to 6 Hours)
Friday:
$995 (Up to 6 Hours)
Saturday:
$1,295 (Up to 6 Hours)
Sunday:
$995 (Up to 6 Hours)
Additional Fees:
These fees apply to both Full-Day and Half-Day rentals.
- $250 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
- $500 refundable security deposit (returned following inspection of the venue and completion of the Venue Closing Checklist)
