Returns & Exchanges

What's your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition with original tags (if applicable).

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You’ve got 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Do you cover return shipping?

We do! We’ll cover return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. Once you initiate your return you will receive options to proceed.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

Yes! Sale or discounted items can be returned, but refunds will be issued for the sale price paid.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 1-2 weeks.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. We pack fast, promise.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Tracking info will be included in your confirmation and shipping emails.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Possibly! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, send us a message via our contact page ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

Product Info & Sizing

How do your shirts/tees fit?

We print our gear on carefully selected garments that differ between brands (You will find which brand of shirt each design is printed on in the product description). Next Level Apparel and Bella Canvas shirts have a shorter length and more slim fit, while Comfort Colors and Independent Trading Co. clothing is a little boxier and shorter in length.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes. You will find sizing info on each product’s detail page. Look for the small link that says "Size Chart" above the "Add to cart" button.

Are your hats adjustable / one-size-fits-most?

Yep! Our hats are one-size-fits-most and adjustable.

Are your stickers weatherproof?

They sure are. Our matte-finish stickers are made durable and weatherproof for indoor or outdoor use.

Are your tumblers/bottles dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing to keep them looking their best for the long haul.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the instructions in the email we send you.
